Refund Policy- Ciriana Haute Coat

At Ciriana Haute Coat, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be returned in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging—along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. You will be informed whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
